NOTES:

If you do NOT recevie confirmation of a safelist, your vehicle is NOT safelisted.

If your vehicle has a TEMPORARY LICENSE PLATE, you must input that number. Any other numbers will invalidate your safelist.

If you have a PERMANENT or TEMPORARY LICENSE PLATE and safelist by VIN, this will not be a VALID safelist.

Each safelist is valid for 24-hours from the date and time of submitting the safelist request.

INVALID OR INCORRECTLY entered safelist requests WILL NOT be reimbursed if resulting in a tow. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct information is inputted or relayed.

Safelisting your vehicle does not prevent enforcement of rules or prevent towing if NOT parked in a designated legal space.

Safelisting your vehicle does not automaically allow you the ability to STORE your vehicle. If you need to STORE your vehicle, you need to contact your property manager for a special safelist.

Safelisting does not guarantee a parking space.

Be aware of your community rules, some communities do not allow the parking or safelisting of commercial vehicles. Your commercial vehicle may be subject to tow.

If you feel you need to email your safelist to us, you will need to call the office immeditely to confirm your safelist.
